From the ripe young age of 16, San has been involved in his family’s real estate business, and even at that age, he knew that he wanted to help people through the process of buying and selling homes.

After moving to Australia in 2014 San launched into his real-estate studies and continued feeding his passion for helping people through real-estate transactions. As well as being a qualified real-estate agent, San has successfully completed a Master degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of South Australia, which means that he is a great person, if you are thinking of developing or building.

Rishabh is qualified in International Master of Business Administration in Marketing from University of South Australia. He showcases his knowledge and skills by managing our social media marketing, website, graphics design, print media’s and provide strong promotional activities with the use of different marketing strategies.

He takes charge for all-public relation, meetings, and communication to deliver our ultimate brand image ensuring brand positioning across the organisation.
Bringing his leadership quality and experience and passion for organisation progress, he is hard working chap, enthusiastic about his work and a valuable team member.

Jessica Smith
Head of Administration

Jessica provides administration supervision for the office. She works intently with the sales and property management to provide high degrees of service with outstanding importance on accuracy, practices, and client care.

Jessica developed an interest in real estate and has been working in real estate industry for almost two years.

Having outstanding teamwork and customer support, she has a desirable code of conduct, spot-on organisational abilities, she is an important member of the team.

Shirley J. Pepito
Administration Assistant

Doing administrative support in real estate has been her passion. Shirley has been in this industry for 4 years already and loving and enjoying the work. Updating and monitoring databases, preparation of sales documentation and other administration are just a few things that she handles.

Her commitment is to give the best support and ensures efficient operation of every transactions, to achieve success and willingness to go above and beyond.

He regularly liaises with our team. Thomas prides himself on his reliability and professional integrity. He has worked with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and has establish long term, positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and outside resources.

Thomas’ interest started in high school where he discovered his love for photography.

Issued with his first Nikon, he learned the basics about composition, lighting, and post processing. His natural ability with cameras enabled him to develop his skills, and now specialises in real estate and interior photography.

Sean Cummins
Videographer

Sean’s ambition is not only to document the best aspects of the property, but to create a mood, an image, and a feeling so the client can depict themselves living in the house.

Sean documented special occasions that captured both the feel and emotion of the event.  Camera’s has been part of Sean’s life ever since he received his first digital camera at the age of eight.

Through continuous experience within the industry, Sean remains enthusiastic and passionate about videography and has a continuous drive for perfection. Due to this, Sean is not only able to deliver outstanding images/video that capture the mood and ambiance of the space.
