We are currently searching for a full-time, permanent Brand Marketing Specialist to work with our team. The Brand Marketing Specialist will ultimately support each Sales Partner at Onyx Realtors by executing local area marketing initiatives across print and digital. This role also works closely with the CEO and the rest of the Sales Team to create custom marketing collateral and strategies for the company to increase brand awareness and market share.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who has 1-2 years of experience or has recently graduated from a marketing-related discipline at university.

Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, in this role you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and executing agent print marketing materials.
  • Creating and executing company digital marketing (including sales collateral, signboards, print, digital, social, and advertising).
  • Placement of all social media content and advertising on different channels.
  • Management of each property marketing campaign.
  • Work on budgeting & execution of marketing expenditures.
  • Coordinate all marketing and advertising requirements & negotiations with the suppliers.
  • Manage office marketing schedules.
  • Maintain and update the company website.
  • Assisting our Sales Partners with their day-to-day routine.
  • Make property and suburb reports.
  • Driving innovation to promote the brand.
  • Compliance and brand consistency.
  • Preparing daily priority lists, and weekly project status reports.
  • Administration duties as required.
  • Adhering to all Real Estate Compliance Practices.

  • Degree qualifications in marketing, graphic design, or related field.
  • You are meticulous with detail, obsessed with the brand, and create content and copy that is on point.
  • Proven Adobe Suite knowledge experience or similar software and video editing skill.
  • Have experience with CMS management.
  • You are a team player, a great communicator, and a true collaborator.
  • Organised, and self-driven with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Able to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding levels of professional standards and personal presentation with a customer-first approach, to be a leading Onyx brand advocate.
  • Previous experience within a real estate or professional services environment is desirable (but not essential).
