Yes, it took me 4 agents to finally get my Lot sold. They were either not trying, wanted to promote themselves or it just got too hard. San sold a house up the road for a top price, so I gave him a go. Very professional and approachable from day 1 and with the right attitude. Highly recommended and I will list with San again.
