Two Findon Properties
San has worked for us for our two properties at Findon. This is one of the most challenging project that he did. Before even we started, I knew selling 550 to $600K with tenanted properties will be a challenging task however my mind changed with the way, day to day I got updates from San. I can only say with confidence that he is a go-to agent for all challenging projects. All this while he was outstanding on all my criteria’s and he worked with us as part of the family. San sold both properties within a month. The planning which he did, during this journey was quiet outstanding, something like going to all neighbors and personally spending 10 min with each of them to check if someone wants to downsize etc. I would highly recommend him and would continue using for all my future needs.
