met San several years ago at an open he was conducting and we kept in touch. After several attempts to sell my property with other agents that I had promised the listing San told me he had started his own Real Estate business. We discussed a strategy and several methods to advertise my property and I listed my property with him. It was obvious from the start that San was committed to sell my property for the best price he could get unlike other agents who just turned up at opens and left as soon as time was up. His devotion to his work and to me as a client goes without saying, available at any time to discuss my concerns and always amicable to make changes in strategies after discussion what I felt may be an improvement. My experiences with other agents both in buying my new property and selling my home of 29 years was abysmal and costly to say the least. I would recommend San (and have to my neighbour) to sell one’s property. He is hard working, on top of his game, up with modern methods of presentation always well dressed and the most committed young man I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Most important to me being from an older generation is the respect San has shown for my wife and myself. They say there are no friends in business well I contradict that and would like to say and hope that San and I will remain friends for many years to come.
